I put my trust into Nationwide thinking that everything would be ok, after finding out that Pinnacle Law Firm "bought them out" I had my reservations.
We were then told that the Credit Union that holds our mortgage wouldn't work with us which was fine I guess. We were refunded one months payment then this month after my file was closed another payment was taken out of my account, which caused me to be overdrawn, I called them and told them to reimburse us for the payment and the overdrawn fees, they said instead of refunding my overdrawn fees (which there payment which never should of been there) they would do a 3 way conversation with my bank to see if they would reverse the overdrawn fee. BEWARE OF NATIONWIDE FINANCIAL GROUP LLC.AKA
PINNACLE LAW FIRM and giving them access to your account for ach's for their payments.
