A great move experience from Florida to Virginia

I have to say, packing and moving is one of the most stressful experiences in anyone's life. After assembling your life's belongings into a bunch of bags and boxes, one is hesitant in entrusting those with complete strangers. Thankfully, I did my research online ahead of time, as there were MANY poorly rated moving companies in Florida and across the country. However, one place that seemed to have overwhelmingly positive reviews was Nationwide Van Lines.
My biggest issue was finding a company that didn't use a third-party for the loading - whatever company I hired, I wanted to use THEIR people and THEIR truck. Of all of the moving companies that I researched, NVL was one of the very few that did just this, and it was exactly what I was looking for. Alanna was outstanding to deal with when it came to doing the furniture inventory, and Rick communicated all of the details regarding the move perfectly.
The NVL guys arrived at the house at the time they stated, and there were three of them - while one did the paperwork, the other two started wrapping all of the furniture. As a plus, they were all friendly, cordial, and polite. The whole process took roughly 5 hours to load up all of the furniture and boxes, but it was done in the most efficient way possible. These guys busted their asses to get this done.
The drop-off took around 11 days if I remember correctly (they give up to 14), and two of the original three guys delivered my stuff as well - AND it never left that truck, so I didn't have to worry about any missing boxes. They had to break up the move over 2 days due to the weather, but they still did it and never once complained - even with hauling the heavy pieces of furniture to the third floor.
If ever I need to do another long-distance move again, I won't hesitate in using Nationwide Van Lines again. What is normally a stressful experience in anyone's life was made much less so by this company and their outstanding employees.
