This company is a customers worse nightmare. I ordered 1 trial btl of Glymetrol for their advertised price of $9.95 for shipping. I received 2 btls. When I called them they said that the other bottle was in case I liked it and wanted to continue. That I had 30 days to cancel it if I didn't like it. I am 80 1/2 yrs old and forgot. So after the 30 days I called for a return auth. number and was told that I had waited too long and would have to pay the full price for BOTH bottles. $49.99 ea. I complained, but accepted that I had not returned it before the 30 days.
A few days later I rec'd 2 more btls which I DID NOT ORDER! I called and I was told that I was on auto ship, which is a bunch of bull cause I NEVER ORDER AUTO SHIP. I always order 1 btl to try out first. Then they told me to call today because they had to review the original phone call to see if I had ordered autoship or not. I called today and for 10 minutes heard nothing but music, with an occasional message, "Your call is very imprtant to us, please hold and a rep will be with you shortly." I hung up after the 10 mins.
I called back 1 hour later and went thru the same thing. This time I held and when I heard the telephone ringing for a rep. I though I would finally talk to one, but the next sound was the click of them hanging up and the sound of the phone beeping in my ear.
This company is a scam. Do not buy from them. You''ll regret it!!!!
