I have serious doubts about this company. The registry cleaner appears to work, at least lots of bells and whistles. However, the only support is an email address which sends out automatic responses stating someone will contact you in 24 to 48 hours, with no response in 8 days so far. Netcom3 has no working listed phone or fax numbers and there is a complaint on this web page that mail is returned from the listed address. If you search Netcom3 reviews, you get lots of hits, but most are their web page.
