Mercedes Benz GLK 350 / Misleading Information.

*03/18/21 - I sent a price inquiry about a specific car Mercedes Benz/GLK 350 to this dealership webpage.
*3/19/21 - Salesperson Hadriel Orzal contacted me thru e-mail & text and I I scheduled a test drive and everything was by text.
The experience with this salesperson in general were awesome and unfortunately that was the only good experience I had in this dealership, because this salesperson supervisor Alfred was in charge to negotiate with me but this supervisor needed to work on a customer service area because it wasn't a bad or good experience, it felt like he was doing me a favor to buy this car and nothing happened that day.
*3/19/21 - I sent a price inquiry online and I got an "personalized discount internet price that comes directly from the dealer" in writing to my e-mail with a contact person: Paulina Castillo/Internet Sales Director and I waited next day to get more information from dealer.
*3/20/21 - I called and left a message to Paulina Castillo and after I contacted her when I called again, I explained her about the "personalized discount internet price" that I got from the dealer and I wanted to confirm this information before to go back to dealer again and I sent her the screenshots of this special price as she requested and she confirmed that she received them and no response from her.
*3/21/21 - I contacted Paulina again thru text for an update about the special price and she asked me to "call her back" and then another person "Alyssa" contacted me thru text telling me: "Not sure if you had any questions in regards of the quote I sent?" ....I texted her back, explained her again and asked her "if the dealer is going to honer the special price" and I was told that they will present it to another manager to see if they can honor it? (and remember, when I submitted my online request, I got a conformation that literally said: "dealer will provide a personalized discount and the price comes directly from the dealer") and then, ANOTHER manager Sammy Choe/sales manager texted me asking me if I can make it to the dealer today? and I texted him back one more time about the situation and no text back with a response.
So, until today 3/21/21 I have talked to salesperson, supervisor, internet director & manager , I haven't received a clear & straight answer from anybody about their "personalized discount internet price" that I received from dealer either by text or e-mail...they just want to give the information verbally (salesperson Hadriel is the bottom employee ,so, technically he can not do anything about it).
And this is a used Mercedes Benz car and this dealer is a Toyota, so, the price of this car have dropped couple times and still not getting a clear & straight answer from this dealer about their "personalized discount internet price"...in general, this dealership doesn't have the culture to have good customer service to customer like me and I REPORTED THIS DEALER FOR GIVING MISLEADING INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS about their "special internet prices" to avoid this issue to future customers.
