REPLACEMENT PARTS

I have tried numerous time to reach this company to see if they had replacement part for one of their products Office Chair Model # 894-0493. I have written them with no reply, the phone number that is listed for them is a fax number. I have attempted
to fax them in regards to the above model chair with no reply. Even if they did not have the part a simple call or fax stating that would have been fine. In future I will not purchase anymore equipment made or sold by this company.
