Their office is really nice. It's close to the Beverly Center, so we parked our car there when we went to pick up our keys.
The apartment was clean, towels, linen were fresh. We were very happy with the apartment.
I'd like to point out that the address listed here is not accurate, they moved their offices to Beverly Blvd in mid January. I almost went to their old Sunset location, but they emailed me a couple days before arrival about the new address.
