Classic "bait and switch" company.

Classic "bait and switch" company. We booked an apartment from their website, and when we got there it was nothing at all like what was advertised. The picture showed a bright, airy apartment with a balcony high above street level and what we got was a dark, airless apartment with a patio on the pool level where anyone could see into the apartment - or even break in from the patio. They engage in fraudulent advertising and have said they would refund our money... but 5 months later we're still waiting. All we get is a different excuse each month as to why they haven't yet been able to process the credit card refund. Judging by the other angry past customers of OMG Travel (link below) it would appear that the L.A. County District Attorney's Office would be interested in the fraud and deception OMG foists upon it's "valued customers."
