Will not rent from them again.

I don't know where to start. We booked 2 weeks (in February 2013) in their apartment in Los Angeles (Hollywood Delux apartment VI). Later we decided, we want to travel a bit around California and cancelled one week (the terms said that 75% of the cancelled payment will be refunded). They did not refund the money and now they will not answer my e-mails.
The apartment we stayed in. Parking was secure inside gates. The pool and the jacuzzi were nice. The apartment did not have high-speed Wifi, as advertised. The wifi was extremely slow and disconnected all the time. There were bed bugs, which we killed. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and made my back hurt. The queen beds were comfortable but you couldn't move in them because of the fright that it would fall apart any second. The shower room did not have towel hangers, we also were missing a towel. It was very cold to sleep in one of the bedrooms and very hot in the other bedroom. So we couldn't turn the heat up as well. Smoke smell everywhere in the building.
I am absolutely disappointed in this apartment and this company. They will not deal with your problems and for the amount of money they collect it is just not worth it.
