Management change was good for this cmpany

I stayed with them back in June, and was not very impressed with customer service, but the price was right, so I returned. This time however it was a pleasant surprise. Their office is much nicer than before, the apartment was cleaner, and they picked
up the phone every time I called. Our WiFi was really slow the first day, but then they sent someone to reset the router and it was OK. The price is still the best in LA and I'm very satisfied with the overall experience this time.
