600 Curson Blvd Museum Area LA apt 343

Aside from the facade of granite countertops, lamenent hardwood floors and ceramic tiled bathrooms we found an apartment that was missing the queen size sofa bed and TV that was to be in the apt. In place of the sofa bed was a small, hard futon painful to sleep on, 1 working TV instead of 3, dirty carpets in the master bedroom, 1 bathtowel per person for a 5 day stay, and an odor throughout the apt of cat urine or severe mold. I called at 8:30 am on our first day in LA leaving a message with the answering service. No call back and another call at 1pm getting the customer service person who told me that he could not do anything about the TV or sofa bed, but would drop off some towels(that never happened). He also went onto say that a hotel in LA would be far more expensive suggesting that I got what I paid for! I had to go to target to purchase a foam mattress pad for the futon and extra towels for my vacation in LA. a $20 credit was applied to my credit card. And to make matters worse we charged $120.00 for a cleaning service after we left for an apt. needing carpets replaced and a smell of cat urine. After complaining on our departure we were told that the $20.00 credit was for our inconvenience. LJ
