Four months and still waiting . . . . . . .

I have to start by saying this has been "THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE" and I can't imagine how they stay in business. On Feb 8th, 2013 I placed an order with Vickie for 4 Window shutters and 3 Patio door shutters with a promise of installation in 14 working days. After six full weeks I finally called Vickie for the status of my order she informed me I would have to call the office because they would have the status long before she did. I called and talked to Maria who told me they were scheduled in from the factory in two days and some one would call and make an appointment within a week which they did. Jarrod installed all 4 windows then removed all of my window coverings from the Patio Doors only to be informed that the factory sent the shutters without the hardware necessary to install them but promised that he could get the hardware shipped over night and he would be back within the week to finish the installation. Three weeks later I had heard nothing so I called Jarrod who would not return my calls. Once again I called Maria who checked and told me that Jarrod and his father Dan would be out within the week, which they were and even brought another brother to help, They finished 2 of the Patio doors and then informed that the shutters for the 3rd door were the wrong size and they couldn't finish installing it and would put in a "Rush order" for a replacement. That was over 7 weeks ago and they still have not completed the job. I sent an e-mail to Vickie 7 weeks ago and her response was that it would be at least another 6 weeks before the shutters would be in. Since the last shutter is about 85% functional and per my contract I don't have to pay the balance (50%) until the work is completed I'll just wait for them to get around, if ever, to finishing the job. Four full months and still counting.
