Very poor. Promised prices, made us sign over advance deposits, and then after all that tells us nothing was accepted by the cruise line so we did not get OBC or discounts we were supposed to get. (They actually called me for an extra $100 when they applied something wrong) Then when price dropped, they would not even try to get upgrades or the original credits.
Worst travel agent I have used in over 60 cruises!!
