The Non-Refundable Agency deposit was presented on your confirmation and was communicated to you by your Personal Vacation Manager. As part of the terms of agreement, if your trip is canceled, you will have six months from the date of cancelation to transfer the deposit one time to a new reservation. As a gesture of goodwill, we extended that deadline an additional 3 months for you and explained at that time that this was not a travel-by date, but a book-by date and could be applied to a trip traveling any time in the future, not just in 2022.
Claims of stealing are very serious and inaccurate. Although the circumstances surrounding the cancellation of your bookings are very unfortunate, we do hope to regain your confidence and we would like to make sure the moneys you paid are not lost.
