This company is very deceptive. They are extremely sneaky in the way they do business. There free trial is a ploy to charge your account for a membership that is hidden in there ad and terms. The product does not work, I have very thin hair and I did not notice any difference with there product and agree with the other two reviews about using other upper end products. They have cancelled my "membership" but would not send me confirmation. They claimed they emailed me but I did not receive when I asked them to fax me confirmation they refused. They have the capability to fax but refused to do so. I am going to have to go thought the trouble of cancelling card and getting a new one. I do not trust that they will not charge my card again.
