I found Orange County shutters while looking for shutters on the internet. There competitive prices caught my attention. I called and talked to Rebecca on the phone, she was polite and very knowledgeable of her products. I made an appointment for her come out to our house for an estimate. She showed up on time and was very nice. She measured up all our windows and gave us an estimate. My wife and I wanted to discuss going forward with our purchase in private she understood and did not pressure us to commit right on the spot. I called Rebecca a few days later and proceeded with our order. She estimated it would take 5-7 weeks for the shutters. About 7 weeks later I got a call (on Easter Sunday) from Orange County Shutters saying the shutters were complete and could install them the next day. I called them back on Monday and set up a time that worked for me and they were very accommodating. The guys that installed the shutters showed up on time and did a great job!. They were very polite, knew exactly what they were doing and did a great job of keeping there work area clean and organized. I would recommend Orange County Shutters to anyone looking for Shutters. On a scale of 1-10 they get a 10 with a Gold Star.
