I initially liked the selection that was available at this store. I was looking at wood flooring and there were many choices. I had a coupon for a % off. The sales person was helpful that day. When I came back to use the coupon, my husband and myself were assisted with a selection. I felt as though as soon as the transaction had been completed we were dismissed and the sales lady was on to her next commission. I should have cancelled. The subcontractor was late almost every day of installation, used a relative to assist. The work was sub-par, when contacting the store, I was laughed at and had to make another call, and have someone come out to find that I was correct. The same sub-contractor had to repair the floor, per Pacific Decorating. I did not appreciate the laughter or the lack of support I was given as a customer. I was given a mop and bottle of cleaner for my dissatisfaction. I will not use this store again.
