We used this agency to rent a beautiful home for our family. Unfortunately, a few months before our trip the home owner removed their home from the rental market. The agency said that they would find us a new home at no additional cost, but then requested additional fees for every home they offered. They took no responsibility for any of the additional costs or for the loss of the original home. In the end, they returned our deposit with no apology for leaving us without a place to stay. They were not in breach of our contract, by returning the deposit, but their customer service and eagerness to make the situation right were horrible.
UPDATE: After posting this review, our case was finally brought to the attention of the owner of the agency who quickly reached out to us and offerred to help in any way that he could. He was very apologetic and offerred to help us find a new place. If you have difficulties with this company, ask for the owner. He leads us to believe that the agency is willing to do anything to make thier customers happy and that sometimes the agents can be a problem.
