Yes, I am one of the poor saps that fell for this SCAM. After sending an email and calling their customer service number every day for 25 days I finally received a refund after threating to bring local law enforcement to their office and file charges for fraud and fals advertising. I spoke with several employees, none of which spoke very good english, who refused to provide any information on their company and all advised the company had been in business for several years, but all the employees had only worked their for 1 to 3 months. I was told everday for 25 days my refund was being processed and after calling them 35 times in one day I finally got it. Shame on you for swindling these poor people in an already tough economy. Kudos to the BBB and I will never do business with anyone ever again without checking here first.
