This company apparently never intended to provide the SEO services I signed a contract with them to do. They have a slick sales team that makes many promises such as "First Page Placement on Google" but that never happened. I can't find my website anywhere when I do searches.
I was told by a former employee today, that when I signed my SEO contract with them in Dec 2010 this company was no longer doing SEO for websites. I feel they basically have committed fraud and grand theft by taking my money and not doing what was specified in their contract.
The company has not contacted me since mid January and will not respond to me. I have never received one monthly SEO report.
When I cancelled my contract last week per the terms of our contract and asked for my money back per their "money back guarantee" they would not respond to either my phone calls or emails.
They damaged my website during their remodel process and I need to hire another company to fix the damage and start the SEO process from scratch. They basically stole my money, wasted 6 months of my time and damaged my website. They have pretty much put me out of business on the internet and cost me thousands of dollars in losses in the process.
They are apparently not going to honor their money back guarantee since they will not respond to my emails or phone calls.
I have filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, FBI, BBB and CA state attorney general.
I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS IF I WERE YOU.
