We have been dealing with this company for quite a few years. The lady answering the phone is always pleasant as well as the service guy. The price seemed right but the service is horrible. We use our copier every day with a high volume. It seems that when ever our copier is "down" there are parts that need to be replaced from normal wear & tear, which is fine, but the time it takes in getting it repaired is unrealistic. I can never get an answer as to when our copier will be up and running. I have to call them every day to try to find out. Often I get no returned phone calls. I was told that in the event our copier would be "out of service" they would send over a loaner. This has never happened. They always seem to be short on hand in their office which effects me when my copier goes down - no one is around to order my parts and when my parts finally do come in, no one is available to install them. Very frustrating. Would appreciate them making an effort to update me on the status of my copier getting fixed so that I can plan my week(s) ahead for my printing needs. I was just recently told that the part that will fix my copier would be ordered with next day air shipping only to find out a few days later that it will actually be 1 1/2 weeks until it comes in. Gave them one star cause the two people I have delt with are nice (I think they feel bad for me cause they know there won't be a quick turn around on getting my copier fixed - which is typical for this company).
