I bought a certified used Toyota Highlander from Power Toyota on 2/21/11. Before I bought it, I noticed a small dent on the bumper near the fog light. I asked my sales person to see if they would take money off the car for the dent. She asked them and came back to me and said the car was being sold "as is" and the price was as low as they would go. I liked the car, so I went ahead and bought it. When I got home, I was reading over all the paper work and it said the car came in with no dents. I had to take it back for a plastic coating, so I told them the car had no dents when it came in and one when I bought it so, I felt they should fix it, because I didn't do it and it was that way when I bought it. They refused, even though the paper work said it had no dents. The sales manager was very abrupt, overbearing and unwavering when he told they would not fix it. I will certainly not buy my next Toyota from Power Toyota of Irvine.
