Review 11/25/2008

Mr. Jeff Fandrick, 805-391-0830, owned and operated a subsidiary of this business, known as Precision Auto Detailing. On August 26, 2008, I brought my vehicle to that business to have its engine cleaned. That service caused warning lights to appear on my vehicle’s instrument panel. I suspected that the alternator had suffered water damage. Before I left his business, I told Mr. Fandrick about the warning lights and he promised to “make it right,” if the warning lights did not clear after I had driven the vehicle a few miles. As of today, the vehicle has been driven hundreds of miles and those warning lights continue to display. Since that day in August, Mr. Fandrick has sold that portion of his business, Precision Auto Detailing, and refused to answer my calls, except for once. The only time that he called me back, he asked me to have his mechanic look at my car. I did so, and his mechanic agreed with me that the alternator was damaged. Following that inspection, I’ve left dozens of phone messages for Mr. Fandrick. He has never called me back, but he has pick up my call twice. The first time, he said that he had to speak with his insurance company, but never called me back with the results of that discussion. The second time, he asked me to get a second opinion, agreed that it could be my mechanic, and promised to meet with my mechanic after the inspection. My mechanic also agreed that the alternator was damaged. However, Mr. Fandrick continued to ignore my telephone messages for him and I’ve given up trying to contact him. This is being written on November 25, 2008, and this entire saga has stretched out over three long months. In conclusion, not only did I pay Mr. Fandrick to clean my vehicle’s engine, I will also now have to pay for the engine’s alternator to be repaired. I’ll let the reader judge Mr. Fandrick’s character for themselves.
