so this guy was named Chris VAN LOO was very persuasive when he was trying to convince us to get the sales.When he finally made the sales from us, we never saw again. All the promises he told us never came true. So today is our 2nd month of paying the water systems. It was installed less than 6 months ago and the problem started when the water coming from the hose was leaking. It damaged our sink cabinet because its been leaking for 2 days. at first we thought the leak was coming from our faucet so we contacted a plumber and discovered that leak was from the water treatment system. So this morning, i was texting CHRIS LOO to complain about the issue. He doesn't want to come without paying him $67.00 for a "trip Charge" as he called it. I said, who does he think would pay him for something that they did wrong? he replied to my messages, "STOP" instead of him apologizing for the damaged that caused us. Imagine this kind of attitude of the owner of this business?? PLEASE DONT EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! YOU WILL TOTALLY REGRET. NO AFTER SALES SERVICE. OWNER IS VERY VERY RUDE!!!
