Got an advertisement in the mail for a free toolkit with any service, $19.95 oil change and a free car wash with any service. I go to the dealership and wait about 20 Minutes before anyone acknowledges me. Finally someone writes me up and quotes me $32.95. I tell them the ad said $19.95. They ask e if I brought the ad...I did not b/c it was only an ad not a coupon. The director of service and parts come over and said he himself makes the ads and did not have it under $20 for an oil change. He said he has the ads. I asked to see it..He brings it over and it said $29.95...When I looked more carefully, the ad he showed me was an old expired ad. I asked to see the latest ad that was sent out...while Jim McNeal (director) was searching, he claims he would never put a free toolkit ad along with a $19.95 oil change. When he found the latest ad, he doesn't point out his mistake but hopes that i don't catch the lie they told me. I felt sick how blatantly these sleeze balls were. I could tell these guys are not surpirsed. They were completely caught red handed lying to me. They didn't even apologize. I hate to think how many of these customers are being ripped off on a day to day basis at this dealership. I hope something can be done and be done quickly before more people get ripped off. BTW, they didn't even give me the car wash, but I just wanted to get out of there and never come back. The classic casse of "FALSE ADVERTSIING".
