These people won't pay! I received notice my insurance company paid the bill in Aug 09 for a June 09 service that I had to pay in the office at the time because the office was unable to reach my insurance co. It is now Nov 09 and all they let me do is leave message after message for the person in charge of payments (turns out its the owner, Samantha Jeffries) and have received not ONE call back and excuses about why they are not paying (they are 'behind due to illness'.) Their being behind for whatever reason is not a reasonable reason to give to someone who has been waiting 3 months for a payment!
I am a single Mom and this $140 is VERY important to me! They have treated me as if I am asking for thousands of dollars- right now they have been double paid for this visit that originally occured in June of 09. As of today I have called 8 times and have not received a call back. I have had to call every time to get any update- which is getting me nowhere.
All I want them to do is get me my payment.
I am VERY frustrated and have filed a complaint with the BBB because of their actions.
