Very Very Poor Service !
After spending $2000 In Repairs To My Central Air Condition, It is still Not working Properly. The Bulk of this was for a New 90,000 BTU Payne Furnace.
I Have a written warranty for 5 years on Parts and 1 year labor, But that does not do me any good if the company does not answer the Phone or return my calls. It Looks like small claims Court is my only recourse. But still want my Central air to work properly.
