BUYER BEWARE - BUYER BEWARE - BUYER BEWARE - BUYER BEWARE
On 11/10/2009 I got a call from msteers@sd.localsplash.com informing me about the excellent service and the reasonable prices. I decided based On the information I would give them a chance to earn my business. I was quoted 99. For 2 months, and that I would see results within 15 days. I was a bit skeptical, but I wanted to believe a company would do as they promised.
On 11/17/2009 I got a bill For 258.00, I contacted the person that was supposed to contact me to provision my account Sheri Stingley (sstingley@relevantads.com) who did not respond to my emails about the billing.
On Tuesday 12/1/2009 I called the (888) 873-5382 number and talked to a rep who assured me it was a mistake and it would be fixed shortly.
I was then billed 159.00 For an additional month. ()Called Amex, who have dealt with this before, who reversed it.()
On 1/13/2010 I called and talked to Kerry Wagoner ( A very nice guy btw ) Kwagoner@localsplash.com who informed me that the account had not been setup correctly and wasn't functioning and that Mspeers@sd.localsplash.com is no longer with the company and if there was any way they could earn my business
Which was tempting at the time, but since I already reversed the $258.00 On AmericanExpress there wasn't too much of a point.
On 3/5/2010 a collection notice came in the mail. We have since Sent registered mail back Disputing the claim.
Unfortunately at this point we have little choice but to goto court and present our case to a judge. Long term I think this is a poor choice by the company, I believe that they have the ability to salvage a relationship rather then the course they are currently taking.
1. Services were MisRepresented.
2. Return emails were not sent. I was told that SSTINGLEY@Relevantads.com does not handle anything with Customer support and would ignore any emails.
3. Advertizing was never done, as was said by Kerry.
4. Double billing
5. Over billed.
6. Disapointed by the lack fo responses.
At this point I'll dispute, go to court and Will be forced to sue based on the principle.
Since no services were rendered, I expect RelevantAds, Inc to remove this collections letter.
I'd strongly recommend considering other companies!
