My experience with this company was quite good. I drove to their factory in Santa Ana and looked over the DuraShutters we wanted. I also drove back when they were ready, about 16 days after the order was placed. Overall, I like the look of the Dura Shutters. We had other shutters in more 'public" areas of our home done professionally and they are lovely. However, they cost a fortune, perhaps $600/window, while the Dura Shutters in our master bedroom cost $200 each. For that cost differential, I gladly accepted the burden of doing the installation myself. I was satisfied with the product I got for the price I paid. My shutters look great! Easy ordering and quick delivery too. In this economy I'm really happy that we could purchase a green eco friendly product that is made right here in Southern California.
