The staff was easy to deal with and understanding. A little expensive, but worth the attention & turnaround time for my business. My computer data is worth far more than the service anyway. Although I didn't receive a discount after expressing concerns to the owner regarding price, he did address the issue by allowing a future discount for service. Tried GeekSquad previously and they charged nearly as much and never resolved the problem. Would go back again.
