Worst Customer Service in the Universe!

We had a stamped concrete deck poured 5 years ago, and we were pleased with it until we recently found
water in our basement. Upon inspection, we discovered that we had 16 feet (the entire length of the deck) of totally rotted plywood, ledger board, and even our basement joists. This was due to poor decisions made during the pour, which were never communicated to us. The concrete slab had been pitched towards our house, and the water barrier measures taken were grossly insufficient. We tried repeatedly to contact the owner, Nick Christian, and made 9 phone calls over an 8 week period. The 2 people handling our calls were totally aware of our situation, and they consistently told us that Nick was 'very busy' this time of year, and that he would contact us. He never did. If you are thinking of hiring Saratoga Bomanite or Nick Christian to do any work for you, my heartfelt advice to is... DON'T!!!
