Absolutely the worst customer servie I have ever seen

My hand held broke at the base. I bought the unit outright and the warranty has expired. They absolutely refuse to send me a replacement device even though I told them I would pay for the repairs and I am stranded. Also, the warranty wouldn't cover the break anyway because it was my fault. So then I ask them "if I pay the $250 for the extended warranty, will you send me a replacement device while I send you the broken on which I will pay to repair?" Jan or Janice wouldn't even answer that question. She said "I don't know what the conversation with sales will be." Of course all sales wants is my CC number. Don't buy from Sens-O-Lock. You will regret it.
