I am very unpleased with Simone & Son Jewelers. I gave Shant(Son), a deposit of $1000 for an engagement ring to be made and was asked when I want the ring. I told them 2 weeks and Shant said OK. The ring took almost a month to complete. Also, I was promised to be shown a mold of the engagement ring before it was made and I was shown a mold of a different ring. That should have been a sign to me NOT to do business with them. Once the ring was made, I was very unhappy with the results. I demanded a refund since, number 1. the ring took a month rather than 2 weeks to make and 2. because the quality was not what I expected. I did not leave the store with the engagement ring and expect a full refund. I have called Shant several times and he never answers my calls or returns my calls. An Engagement should be something you want to remember for the rest of your life and this has turned into a nightmare. After three weeks of no returned calls, I finally got a call and was refunded $700.
