This company has bad business practices.

I was totally mislead by this company. I was told I would receive an interest rate lower than my bank was offering for my Visa. That part was true. What I wasn't told is that my bank would close the account. I also was lead to believe it was a one time fee of $59.00 to Southeast Trust. Not so, it's coming out of my account monthly. Why would I ever want to pay Southeast Trust $59.00 a month for something I never had a problem with. I never had a problem making my visa payments. What was so attractive was the lower interest rate. It also lowered my credit score by closing the visa account. I would NEVER have signed up if this information was presented in the manner it ended up. I am very frustrated and would not recommend this company to anyone without the advise of an attorney or a real financial adviser.
