The general manager and the finance manager are both incredibly rude. They lied about how much I was approved for by my credit union in order to get me to finance through them, they ran my credit multiple times even though I told them that I was not financing through them and specifically asked them to not run my credit more than once. This resulted in a drop in my credit score. Finally, I have been waiting for almost 4 months now and still not received my plates or registration for the car. According the DMV they have 90 days to do so, and they are way past due. This is the type of dealership that perpetuates the idea that women should not go to purchase a car alone. I did so, felt that I was educated enough to avoid the games they like to play, but I was wrong. I have called the dealership to speak with the general manager a couple times and he has been rude and hung up on me. I wish I had not bought my car through this dealership.
