Not following through with their contract. It specifies 4 weeks for work to begin. 4 weeks passed - no call, no mention, nothing. So i called them and they told me they can schedule at some point - so the fact was they completely forgot about the contract that was signed. Very unprofessional business- do not recommend. Requested a full deposit refund.
