I have been a good member of swagbucks for at least 3 years with no problems at all. All the sudden they deactivate my account saying I was using some auto refresh/iframe program to cheat on SBTV. First of all, I am not computer savvy enough to figure out how to use an auto refresh program and call me naive, but I had no idea it was even possible to do that! I am an honest, Christian woman and while swagbucks may think up these ideas, the thought of cheating doesn't cross my mind! Second of all, I don't use SBTV, so their claim is bogus. I used it for awhile months ago, but gave it up because the amount of time it took to get points that way was too time consuming for me. I'm a stay at home mom of two small kids, just looking to make a few extra dollars for my family. I only did searches, print and redeemed coupons and did daily polls and watched the videos when they popped up on the site. So, for them to claim that I was cheating with SBTV is a total lie and they know it too! I was starting to make more money redeeming coupons, so they got rid of me. They can tell the world I was cheating, but they know I wasn't and I won't be accused of something I didn't do! Beware of this scam because you will be next. I'm seeing them use the same reason for everyone, so what does that tell you? Come up with a better excuse swagbucks...we all know you are lying!! They offered me no proof (because they have none) and were extremely rude about it. That's not the way you treat the people who are helping put money in YOUR pocket!! I hope one day they are shut down and receive the same treatment they gave me! One star is way more then they deserve. If I could, I'd give them a negative!
