Swagbucks , more like cheatbucks!!!

I had an awful experience using swagbucks. I created a second account only b/c I forgot my log in information! I had nearly 300 points go missing last year & out of anger, I threw my account info away. I decided 2 return 2 swagbucks a month or so ago. Not knowing my login or which email address I signed up with, I created a new 1 b/c I wanted 2 make a little extra money this Xmas season. I spent countless hours watching SB videos, & after asking customer service to cancel my gift card orders I was deactivated. I figured I can explain what happened & maybe get a slap on the wrist & they would delete that old account & reactivate the 1 I use. But nope, still deactivated after contacting them on facebook! The person on Facebook said SB compliance would get back with me but they never did. They have the worst customer service on the planet & don't hold your breath waiting on them 2 solve an issue, they never will. I consider them 2 be thieves who stole my $11.00, & many points I earned. It isn't a lot of money, but I worked really hard for every penny & as u know it takes hours & hours 2 earn that much. I didn't want 2 write a bad review, so I emailed scott prodege 2 tell him my ordeal as I considered him my last hope & of course no response. I was deactivated for having an account I don't use or have access 2 basically, lol. They didn't even check to see when was the last time there was activity on the 1st account, they just assumed the worst, took my earnings & stopped responding to me. I was depressed over this as I enjoyed using SB & looked foward 2 my gift cards. Why do they think I would use my real name on both accounts if I was guilty of any cheating? Why is there no recent points or orders on the 1st account? Could it be b/c I couldn't log in??? Also why did all my points vanish from that 1st account? Why would I want 2 use that account even if I did have the login? Lol. I already reported them to the BBB. I urge everyone 2 not use SB , & if u do it's at your own risk. If u have any problem, or make any mistake all your earnings will be gone & u will be deactivated without even an explanation which is disturbing. You will have to contact them to find out why, & they still won't help you get your account back. They are a waste of time. Lucky for me I went to other, better rewards sites like instagc which I do now instead of SB. I learned about it reading swagbucks many complaints, & a former SB user said instagc is better. You know how u watch videos or do tasks on SB & don't get credit? It doesn't happen as much on instagc. U can also email them on the site & they get back quickly. I also do other rewards sites now & have made more money than I did on SB in 1 day. Way more! On SB I lost more than I earned! Swagbucks is a heartless rewards site that will take your money before Xmas. They have no sympathy. If u use them, get your gift cards right away & don't leave a big balance. So many people lost their points & money by not redeeming & getting a surprise deactivation. SB keeps the money they earned, I read about people who lost more than me. Sometimes the people lost 100s! Don't be 1 of those people. Either don't use SB or redeem your gift cards as soon as u have enough points. I give this company one star b/c they don't have the option of zero stars! 😤
