Horrible Customer Service-Will only communicate via Email

I have ordered from this company before. No complaints. Decided to order a second pair of jeans for myself and a pair for my mother. I placed the order on 1/3/12 and my account was charged. I waited for 10 business days, no jeans. I opened up a ticket on 1/20 and waited. Still no response. I sent a subsequent email/ticket on 1/30. I finally received a response from Victoria (after reading the other complaints, I'm beginning to wonder if Victoria is the ONLY employee!) Victoria said that she would "check the warehouse" and get back with me. I thought wow, I'm getting somewhere. At this point I still wanted the jeans. But, to no avail, still no jeans or a response back from Victoria. I'm wondering how BIG this warehouse is!lol
Victoria finally emailed me with an explanation that the Jeans were not in stock (oh really, the better business practice would have been to notify me of this prior to completing the order and taking my money!) and I could order something else at a discount or get a refund. I opted for the refund. I was tired of the dealing with this company and decided to purchase the Brazilian Butt lift workout video- and give that a try lol
Well it is now 2/29/12 and still no jeans or refund. Last I checked, this was called stealing! I suggest to either find another company that sells "butt lift jeans" or get a nice fanny the old fashioned way and work out!! I hope this helps!
