This company & its product is a complete joke.

We have been using their system since the first of the year and have nothing but continuous problems!!!! The truck units don't match to what I'm showing on my desktop. The HOS (electronic logs) is a disaster!!! The logs show locations not even close to
where the truck is at! I have drivers that are logging 10 hrs of driving but the logs show 0 miles. I have drivers that are driving over 100 mph because the total hours don't match the grid! We have violations showing where there is CLEARLY no violation!!
Logs are showing the driver driving when they clearly were not! Driver has to constantly reset his unit in order for it to update & have tried several different units & its the same thing. We cant use any of the reports because they are inaccurate. Customer
service is bottom of the barrel! It has now been 5 days and still no return phone call!! I have been on the phone with these people weekly since we started using the system & not everything has been documented on their end. You get the same BS every time you
talk to them if you get the chance "they are going to get this taken care of immediately" and it never happens! I have new units sitting in my office that were suppose to be installed over 2 months ago because they blamed all the issues on the units & I still
have not heard anything about when they will be installed. Have asked to cancel contract weekly for last month & they ignore the request. Next step is the Better Business Bureau & an attorney. Definitely spend more time babysitting THEIR junk than doing anything
else!!! DEFINATELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE HEADACHE!!!! If I could give them negative stars I would!!
