Fleetmatics for 3 years, best move was to change... BEST MOVE
I signed with Fleetmatics 3 years ago because I was told Teletrac was the worst and to "Sign with anyone just not Teletrac" I admit Fleetmatics could install faster than Teletrac however they do not care about thier customers. I had problems and bills
to match. False data, everytime I had a messaging problem was told to contact Garmin... WORST PART THEY ARE SUPER EXPENSIVE FOR THE SAME PRODUCTS EVERYONE ELSE OFFERS.... THE LAST STRAW WAS FLEETMATICS TELLING ME ID BE SORRY IF I SIGNED ANYWHERE ELSE... TELTRAC,
I called in and was given a very good price out the door, no last minute deals or pushy reps. I menitoned bad reviews and they simply said of course there are a few bad reviews, we just dont pay a marketing company to hide them. 20 bad reviews out of 15,000
customers isnt bad. That was pretty convincing to me. I have had Teletrac for 3 months now, some same issues with tracking as my old provider but for the most part the reports and product is always working. Im very happy with Teletrac....
