I would not use this contractor again and do not recommend them. This is a buyer beware company. They were late to the initial estimate appointment and did not communicate that to me at all. The estimate was verbal and was presented as time and material with an estimated cost. When the bill was sent it was at the extreme high end of the estimate and I was told that the number he gave me was a solid quote.
At the time of the estimate I was told that he did not know for sure what was needed for the repair. When I asked about the charges and why they were so high he told me that he did know what was needed but did not tell me.
I have had more than one other building professional tell me that the charges for the work performed were out of hand and extremely high.
