I would not recommend this orthodontist to anyone. I have had nothing but issues regarding the mishandling of my daughters case. They take a long time to respond to messages if they respond at all. My daughter needs jaw surgery and Dr.Ketcherside has taken over 3 months to send the referral to the oral surgeon, he misses appointments, conferences, and scheduled meetings. The staff all seemed friendly at the beginning, but after 4 1/2 years I have seen them lie, be rude, disrespectful and increasingly unhelpful.
