I had received a confirmation email when I placed my order over six weeks ago. They placed the charge on my credit card but never heard from them again. Impertinent staff doesn't return calls nor emails! They shouldn't be in business. If it wasn't for me advising American Express of their disconcern, they most likely would not have contacted me about a refund. Over a six week period, I called and left many, many phone messages when their phone system would give you that option and I sent many, many emails which went unanswered. I should have read the reports on Thuja Gardens with the BBB first. This will teach me to always do that first. Zero rating if I could.
