Terrible Service - ZERO stars if I could

I ordered a 6-7' tree for a birthday present and asked that it be delivered by 4/15/2016. Without notice, they sent the smaller size tree and it arrived over a week late. I emailed them right away with a picture and tape measure showing the tree was not anywhere near 6-7' tall. The next day Roy refunded the difference between the 6-7' and the 4-5' tree and emailed separately apologies for the wrong one being packed. I emailed back explaining that it was not what I wanted, that I wanted the larger tree that I ordered. He did not respond until I forwarded the message to him again asking for a reply. To which he said: "I have no idea what you are waiting on, We refunded the difference in cost between the two sizes." Great customer service. Would they do this for dress or any other product? NO! When I explained again, he responded "Just send it back, have FedEx pick it up. 6to 7 ft. out of stock." No longer is it a "packing issue" but “out of stock” and with the tact and customer service standards of a slug. These replies continued. I DO NOT usually ever leave negative reviews, but this place is ridiculous and his customer service (and spelling) skills are zilch. Stay clear of them. I will never use them again!
