Great trees & Wonderful Customer Service

I placed an order with Roy last week. Because I had a limited time frame to receive the trees and plant them I called and talked with Roy a few times.
Roy really went the extra mile! He checked on my order while I was on the phone. It was a breeze to order with Thuja Gardens! Roy is personable and really checks to make even is just right. I called him on the day the trees were to ship. He checked right then and there. The trees were already packed and waiting for FedEx to pick them up.
I originally ordered 4 Green Giant Thujas. I re-calculated and discovered I made a mistake. I called Roy and got an immediate refund. I placed a new order for 8 Green Giant Thujas.
The trees arrived via FedEx. They were carefully packed and tied to protect them during shipping. Roy also threw in some fertilizer pellets for each tree.
I can’t say enough positives about my experience with Thuja Gardens. I’ll be ordering another 8 Green Giants in a couple of weeks. I’ve very happy about my experience and the quality of the trees!
