TopStyler Does NOT Work!

I bought it after seeing the commercial on tv. What a disappointment! They make you think it only takes 15 minutes to do your hair. That's a joke! After heating up, it took at least 20 minutes, and all 20 clams, to roll all my hair. THEN, you have to leave them in for about 30 minutes to completely cool down before you can remove them. They don't tell you that part in the commercial. So, in all, that's almost an hour! Plus, your hair has to be completely dry before you can use it, so I have to wash my hair, dry it, and then spend another hour using this product. Also, dry hair does not cooperate well when you are trying to roll it around your finger and then stuff it in the clam. It kept unrolling and was very difficult. Once the clam was in place, then were sliding off. On top of all the time and effort, the curls don't last. In just a couple hours, the curls were gone. In the commercial, they don't show you time lapse what the girls hair looked like in one hour, two hours, or by the next day. So, in all, a total waste of money. I called customer service. They put me on hold and then disconnected me the first time. The second time I called, the connection was really bad. After being transferred to a supervisor, they told me they would NOT refund my money because I was a few days past the 30 day trial. They force you to buy 2 of them (the second isn't really free, you are paying for it because the product is ridiculously expensive) and now I am stuck with 2 products that are completely useless! Save your money and buy a $10 curling iron!
