I recently bought some pre-sale tickets to go see Cage The Elephant. I was given an option for early entry. What an awesome thing right?! I get to see my favorite band and I get to go in early so I can be close to the stage. I gladly paid the additional fee for this service.
Boy was that a mistake. I not only was sent General Admin tickets but my posters that were supposed to come with the package were also not sent.
I was not given an option to call the company so I emailed customer service. My response from their customer support was sorry about your luck we do not offer refunds or exchanges. I cannot believe this bait and switch.
