We appreciate the feedback, as it helps us better our service for future customers.
We have reviewed your reservation and your e-ticket before responding to your notice.
The confirmation email and e-ticket did not state that the tour would be conducted in Chinese with a translator.
The tour was conducted bilingually in both English and Chinese.
This means that the tour guide will be bilingual in both languages and repeat the tour itinerary in both languages.
The tour does stop at fast food restaurants, food courts, International buffets, and various restaurants.
However, it is not only fast food or Chinese buffets that are visited while on tour.
In addition, all guests are more than welcome to bring their own food while on tour.
Many guests that have food allergies or food restrictions, such as vegetarians, opt to bring their own food while on tour.
We are more than happy to allow customers to bring food on tour or a carry-on small cooler on the bus.
Also, we offered you a full refund, with no questions asked, since you were unhappy that the tour would be conducted bilingually.
We did not press you to maintain a tour reservation that you did not want, and offered you alternative similar tours conducted in English only to change to.
We have received your cancellation request and refunded you in full on 05/18/2012.
Again, thank you for taking the time to let us know how your experience with Tours4Fun went, as it will help us better our customer service for our customers in the future.
