I WAS SCAMMED! DON'T BE STUPID LIKE ME!! DON'T USE THEM!

It will soon be a year since I paid Transfer Smart several thousand dollars (yes, you read that right--several THOUSAND) to get me out of my timeshare. It has not been a good experience.
First, they have not paid my maintenance fees for the past four months. Their agreement specifically states they will take care of all maintenance fees. When I complained to them that I was getting overdue notices from my timeshare company their answer was that they would start paying the fees next year and, as a result, would take over my timeshare weeks!
Secondly, once they got my timeshare contract or member number information plus my name/address, they used my timeshare without my permission!!! Once they had this key information (had to have it to pay maintenance fees, they said) their company or someone associated with them changed my email address within my timeshare company's computer system. Then, when they booked a vacation with my timeshare the booking confirmation email went to someone that I've never heard of and I didn't even know what was going on.
I lost about 3/4 of my timeshare use before I knew what hit me. My timeshare company said that this can happen and they have caught people that they knew weren't the timeshare owner. But, if someone is good at faking that they are the timeshare owner they can book a reservation. My timeshare company also told me that once the time has been booked it can then be SOLD as a vacation to some unknowing third-party!
I have taken all the steps I can with my timeshare company to try and stop them from using my timeshare. I need to count the thousands I've lost as a hard life lesson. Please, please, please do NOT use this company.
